People use "banned" for everything from a pop up notice to account deletion. They are very different things with very different consequences.

Warnings
A warning requires you to read and acknowledge a notice before playing again. Nothing is lost and nothing is restricted.
It is easy to dismiss, which is a mistake. Warnings are recorded and they determine how severely the next incident is treated. Two accounts doing identical things get different outcomes based on history.
Suspensions
Suspensions lock you out for a fixed period, shown when you try to log in. They lift automatically with no action needed.
Your items, Robux and progress are untouched. You simply cannot play.
Suspensions escalate. A first incident often produces a one day ban, then three, then seven, then fourteen. The step after fourteen days is usually deletion, so a two week suspension should be read as a final notice.
Deletion
The account is permanently terminated. Robux, limiteds, gamepasses, friends and progress are gone and are not recoverable.
The username remains reserved and cannot be reused.
Deletion is not always the end of a ladder. Serious single incidents can result in immediate deletion without any prior warning.

Never evade a suspension with an alt. Evasion is a separate violation and can turn a temporary problem into a permanent one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do warnings expire? They are not visibly cleared and history influences later decisions, so assume they persist.
Can a suspension be shortened? No. They expire on their own schedule and appealing rarely resolves before expiry anyway.
Can I skip straight to deletion? Yes, for serious violations. The ladder is typical rather than guaranteed.
Does a ban affect my other accounts? It can in repeated or serious cases, where restrictions may be applied more broadly than a single account.
