The Reason
Delta was built as a mobile tool. Its injection method targets the Android Roblox client, and the Windows Roblox client is a different application with a different structure and different anti cheat.
Supporting Windows natively would mean building a second product from scratch rather than porting the existing one. That is a large amount of work for a project already stretched keeping up with Roblox updates on mobile.
Windows also has more mature anti cheat, since Hyperion is more developed on desktop. Several PC focused executors compete there already and they are better suited to it.
What This Means For .exe Downloads
If a site offers you a Delta Executor .exe for Windows, it is not Delta.
The file could be an emulator installer bundled with something else, a downloader stub, or a different program entirely. You have no way of knowing and no reason to find out.
This is one of the clearest red flags available in this niche, because the absence of a native build is a fact rather than a judgement call.
How PC Setup Actually Works
- Install an Android emulator such as MuMu Player or BlueStacks.
- Open the emulator and set it up as you would a phone.
- Install the Delta APK inside the emulator.
- Install Roblox inside the same emulator.
- Run both from within the emulator.
The step people get wrong is installing Roblox on Windows itself and then wondering why nothing connects. Both must be inside the emulator, because the executor targets the Android client.

If you only play on PC, probably not. A native PC executor such as Xeno avoids the emulator overhead entirely and is built for the client you are actually using.
